She is aware of the psycho-social and cultural situation of South Asian and other nationals.  She has also updated her knowledge on culturally and emotionally sensitive Psychometric tools and research, which makes her more confident to prepare an Expert Psychological Report, especially for Bangladeshi and Southeast Asia ethnic minorities.

She has been deeply involved in research since 1998, conducting numerous studies across various topics. Currently, she is leading a study titled ‘’Psycho-Social Challenges and Aspects of Bangladeshi Refugees in the United Kingdom.’’
